Yes! I have started a blog. Honestly, this is the second or third attempt, or the fourth, but who’s counting? As always, I am a little late in the game. Ask my close family members and they will tell you “She’s a little late for everything, sometimes a lot late”. Better late than never! It is true that if we wait until we are completely ready, we will never start. Sometimes we just must go with it.

This blogging journey “idea” of mine started about a year after the birth of my third child, she is now seven. In some ways, I grew up with my first two children. I made many mistakes and bad choices along the way. There is a fifteen year difference between my second and third child. My life truly began to change when my world was tossed to and fro between a young adult, a teenager, and a baby.

“The little things that God does in our lives are no little thing!“

God was working on me; of that I am certain. I know He was, and is still, working on others in and around my life as well. But for myself, the heavy burden of how I had been living my life before, seeing and realizing where it was at that point, and the direction it was going, was something of a whirlwind experience. I would say it all started with a simple sharing of a Facebook post by a beloved pastor. This is indeed true, but it is even bigger than that. I have learned this to be true, the little things that God does in our lives are no little thing.

I hope you will continue to join me on this journey of learning, growing, sharing, and loving this gift of life; even through the times of suffering that we all may endure, because it all matters, and it matters forever!
